During my practicum years, all the theories of teaching were stored in my head but definitely not in my heart... But now, that I am already a college instructor I realized that being a molder means being a model who must be careful of the things she says, does and/or teaches. Teaching is not only a skill it is an opportunity to share knowledge and  facilitate learning to the younger ones.

I love to teach but I am very afraid of the responsibilities that come along with it... But then I should be striving, I should remain strong despite the pressures.
